Role Overview:

This engaging role involves direct one-on-one client interaction through the convenience of telehealth, utilizing the secure Healthie platform for all appointments and communications. You will also be meeting in person at our Roswell, GA office as needed. As a WebRD dietitian, you will need a dependable computer, stable internet access, and a quiet, professional, and HIPAA-compliant space for conducting consults. Our flexible scheduling allows you to set appointments according to your availability, ensuring a balance between professional commitments and personal time. Regular client communication through the Healthie app is essential, as we encourage an open dialogue to support the client journey.

Key Responsibilities:

·  Perform thorough nutritional assessments to identify clients’ nutritional knowledge, goals, and requirements, including evaluating lab work, medication, meal preparation abilities, and social history related to food.

·  Craft and continuously refine client-specific goals, diligently measuring progress and adjusting strategies as necessary.

·  Apply behavior change principles to assist clients in recognizing and overcoming barriers.

·  Deliver ongoing nutritional education and positive reinforcement.

·  Utilize motivational interviewing techniques to establish specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound (SMART) goals.

·  Monitor client progress, evaluating the effectiveness of interventions and making necessary adjustments.

·  Collaborate with the Lead RD for strategic client goal attainment discussions.

·  Ensure strict adherence to HIPAA regulations; secure communication is maintained through Healthie’s in-app messaging service.

·  Experience with intuitive/mindful eating, Healthie, Eat Love, and Fullscript platforms, as well as clinical lab work interpretation related to nutrition, are valued.

Qualifications:

·  A Bachelor's degree in dietetics, human nutrition, or a closely related field from an Academy of Nutrition & Dietetics accredited program, alongside at least one year of relevant experience.

·  A Master’s Degree in a related field is highly regarded.

·  Registration as a Dietitian by the Academy of Nutrition & Dietetics Commission on Dietetic Registration, with CDR registration mandatory.

·  Licensure as a Registered Dietitian—or the willingness to obtain licensure in GA, FL, and your home state, if needed.

·  A comprehensive understanding of the scientific principles and practices in nutrition and dietetics.

·  Ability to see a variety of client diagnoses.  

Compensation:

This part-time hybrid position offers a competitive pay range of $40-50 per hour for client-facing sessions.
