WebRD accepts most major insurances
This means that 99% of our patients pay nothing for their nutrition sessions.
Insurance & Rates
Good news: most of our clients pay nothing for nutrition care.
Under the Affordable Care Act, most insurance plans cover visits with a Registered Dietitian as preventive care — often at $0 out of pocket when you see an in-network provider. You don't need to be sick to qualify, and in most cases you don't need a diagnosis.
You may be covered at no cost if you have:
- A BMI of 25 or higher, plus one risk factor (high blood pressure, high cholesterol, prediabetes, etc.), or
- A BMI of 30 or higher
If that's not you, you're still covered for medically-indicated nutrition therapy in many cases — diabetes, digestive conditions, heart health, and more. The simplest path: let us check for you.
We verify your benefits before your first visit — so there are no surprises.
This is the part most people dread, and it's the part we handle for you. Before your first appointment, we contact your insurance, confirm your coverage and any visit limits, and tell you exactly what (if anything) you'll owe. You'll know your cost up front — in writing — before you ever sit down with your dietitian.
Insurance plans we accept
- UnitedHealthcare / UMR
- Blue Cross Blue Shield (Anthem)
- Aetna
- Cigna

- Curative Health
Don't see your plan, or not sure? Call or text 470-731-9176 and we'll check it for you — no commitment.
See us from home — virtual visits in 8 states
Can't make it to an office, or live outside Georgia? We offer secure virtual appointments through our HIPAA-compliant platform (Healthie). We're licensed to see clients virtually in:
Arizona · California · Colorado · Florida · Georgia · Pennsylvania · Virginia · Washington
In-person visits are available across the Atlanta area — Roswell, Buckhead, Alpharetta, Sandy Springs, and Atlanta.
Prefer to pay out of pocket? Simple, transparent rates.
If your plan doesn't cover preventive nutrition visits — or you'd rather skip insurance — our self-pay rates are flat and upfront:
| Visit | Length | Rate |
|---|---|---|
| Initial Consultation | 60 min | $225 |
| Follow-Up Session | 45 min | $110 |
We accept credit/debit cards, HSA, and FSA. For out-of-network clients, we'll provide a detailed superbill you can submit to your insurer for possible partial reimbursement.
Cancellation & no-show policy
We hold your appointment time just for you, and we plan our day around it. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we ask for at least 24 hours' notice so we can offer that time to another client.
- Cancel or reschedule with 24+ hours' notice: no charge, anytime.
- Late cancellations (under 24 hours) and missed appointments: a $50 fee applies.
Life happens — if something urgent comes up, just reach out. We're reasonable, and we'd always rather help you reschedule than charge a fee.
A valid credit card on file is required to hold your appointment.

Usually not — but some plans require one. We'll tell you when we verify your benefits.
What if my insurance isn't listed?
Call or text us at 470-731-9176. We may still be able to help, or set you up with self-pay and a superbill for reimbursement.

Yes — virtually, in any of our 8 licensed states (listed above).
