Our story
Built to do nutrition care differently
WebRD was founded by Emily Razza, MS, RDN, LDN. Over more than 16 years in the field of nutrition, across clinical, outpatient and corporate wellness settings, she kept seeing people get advice that did not fit real life: busy schedules, stress, family responsibilities, medical histories, and complicated feelings about food.
Her own health shaped the practice too. As a thyroid cancer survivor, she learned to look beyond labs and protocols to energy, stress, recovery and daily habits. That whole-person view is how every WebRD dietitian works today.
Our mission
Our mission is to support people on their own health journeys with the expertise of Registered Dietitians. We believe in personalized nutrition and a team approach, and in looking at all the connected parts of what makes you feel well.
Beyond individual care, we are committed to raising up the Registered Dietitian profession through reliable education and evidence-based services, so that people see dietitians as trusted partners in their health.
Our approach
Ditch the diet. Scrap the rigid meal plan.
We focus on long-term, realistic change, not quick fixes. Here is what we believe.
Food without guilt
You can enjoy food and still reach your goals. We focus on what to add in, not just what to take out.
Partnership, not orders
We are the experts in nutrition, and you are the expert on your own body. Working together achieves more than being told what to stop eating.
Listening first
We listen more than we speak, and your voice leads the conversation. We respect everyone who comes to us, whatever their reasons.
Behavior change works
Building habits can be just as effective as counting calories. We teach practical skills and support you as habits take hold.
The whole person
We look at you, not just a diagnosis. Nutrition is one part of your overall health, alongside sleep, stress and movement.
Science and teamwork
Science informs what we recommend, and we partner with your physicians and other professionals to support your care.

Questions
About WebRD.
Who founded WebRD Dietitians?
Emily Razza, MS, RDN, LDN. She built WebRD to give people nutrition care that fits real life, after years of seeing advice that ignored busy schedules, stress and medical history.
Where are your offices?
We see clients in person in Alpharetta (3542 Old Milton Pkwy) and Buckhead (91 W Wieuca Rd NE, Suite 1000), both inside OptumMD. Our main office is in Roswell, with no in-person client visits there for now.
Do you see clients outside Georgia?
Yes, by video, if you are in Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Pennsylvania, Virginia or Washington at the time of your visit.
Will my insurance cover visits?
Most plans do. We are in network with UnitedHealthcare and UMR, Medicare, Blue Cross Blue Shield (Anthem), Aetna, Cigna and Curative. We check your benefits and tell you your cost in writing before your first visit, so you know what to expect.
Will you give me a meal plan?
If a meal plan helps you, yes. But the goal is skills and habits you can keep, not a rigid list of rules. We focus on what to add in, not just what to take out.
You are our greatest tool.
We bring the nutrition expertise. You bring what you know about your body and your life. Together, we can make real change.
