Can I walk in to an office?
Visits are by appointment. Book a visit first, and we will confirm the office, day and time with you.
Can I visit the Roswell office?
Roswell is our main office. There are no in-person client visits there for now. In-person visits are in Alpharetta and Buckhead.
How do physicians send a referral?
See our page for referring physicians, or fax a referral to 888-356-0405. You can also call 470-731-9176 with questions.
Will my insurance cover visits?
Most plans do. We are in network with UnitedHealthcare and UMR, Medicare, Blue Cross Blue Shield (Anthem), Aetna, Cigna and Curative. We check your benefits and tell you your cost in writing before your first visit, so you know what to expect.
