Our dietitians
Meet the WebRD dietitians, and find your match.
Three Registered Dietitians, each with a different style. You see the same person every visit, in person in Alpharetta and Buckhead or by secure video.
- Every one is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN), not a health coach
- We check your benefits and send your cost in writing before your first visit
- Your first visit is a full 60 minutes
Not sure who to pick? We will match you.

Choosing a dietitian.
Will I see the same dietitian every visit?
Yes. You work with the same Registered Dietitian from your first visit on, so you never have to start your story over.
Which dietitians see clients in person?
Emily and Jackie see clients in person at our Alpharetta and Buckhead offices, both inside OptumMD. All three dietitians see clients by secure video. Melissa sees clients by video only.
I live in Pennsylvania. Who can I see?
Melissa Logan. She is the only WebRD dietitian who can see clients in Pennsylvania, by video.
What is the difference between a dietitian and a nutritionist?
“Registered Dietitian” is a protected clinical credential. It takes a degree, supervised practice and a national board exam. “Nutritionist” and “health coach” are unregulated titles in most states. All three of our dietitians are Registered Dietitians.
Will my insurance cover visits?
Most plans do. We are in network with UnitedHealthcare and UMR, Medicare, Blue Cross Blue Shield (Anthem), Aetna, Cigna and Curative. We check your benefits and tell you your cost in writing before your first visit, so you know what to expect.
Find the dietitian who fits you.
