Mindful vs Mindless Eating

Mindful eating is about more than just what’s on your plate—it’s about how you connect with food. It means slowing down, tuning in to your body’s cues, and appreciating each bite as nourishment. When we eat mindfully, we move away from habits of judgment or distraction and toward awareness, balance, and satisfaction.
